Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- To prepare details of taking-off, estimates & Bills of Quantities for project costing.
- To prepare tender / quotation documents for tendering purpose.
- Responsible for pre and post contract management, including progress claims, variation order and final account.
- Conduct subcon tender interviews/ clarifications and prepare letter of awards.
- To prepare monthly progress claim, final account and valuation of works.
- To participate in meetings, site visits & site valuations if necessary.
- Prepare subcontract progress certificate
- Required to maintain record regularly.
Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): AutoCad.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
