Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare details of taking-off, estimates & Bills of Quantities for project costing.
  • To prepare tender / quotation documents for tendering purpose.
  • Responsible for pre and post contract management, including progress claims, variation order and final account.
  • Conduct subcon tender interviews/ clarifications and prepare letter of awards.
  • To prepare monthly progress claim, final account and valuation of works.
  • To participate in meetings, site visits & site valuations if necessary.
  • Prepare subcontract progress certificate
  • Required to maintain record regularly.

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): AutoCad.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
